Sagar Singamsetty is an international legal and policy expert with over 15 years of experience across the transport, logistics, and technology sectors. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Grayspace Law & Policy Consulting and a Founding Partner of STRIDE-EUI, he brings a strategic focus to regulatory, compliance, and policy issues shaping cross-border industry operations.

He has held leadership roles in European trade associations, including the European Express Association and the International Road Transport Union, and has represented global firms such as AerCap, TNT Airways, FedEx, and Amazon. A graduate of NALSAR, Sagar pursued advanced legal studies in Air and Space Law at Leiden University under the Huygens Scholarship and later completed a Master’s at LSE in Data: Law, Policy, and Regulation. In parallel to his policy practice, he serves as Adjunct Professor of Law at NALSAR and has co-edited volumes on aviation law and transport policy.
